Shipping to Canada is 9.95$ on regular orders and free above 99$.

All packages are shipped within Canada.

We use mainly with GLS and UPS to ensure the best possible service.

Shipping takes about 2-8 business days, and delays are sometimes to be expected during busy periods.

Delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Weather conditions, inventory shortages or peak periods may extend shipping times.

In addition, customs duties may be added, and are payable by the buyer in rare circumstances for international purchases.

If the customer makes a mistake in his/her address and the parcel gets lost, KC can't do anything about it.

No refunds. Exchanges only within 14 days of receipt.

Products will be exchanged for a gift card to the value of the original order, allowing you to place a new order of your choice. The gift card is issued by e-mail upon receipt of the parcel at our premises. If you have benefited from a discount, this will be applied again.

You must also include a tracking number for your shipment.

Return shipping costs are assumed by the customer, and initial shipping costs
